We guide clients through Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Yoga, Pilates and Functional "get-it-from-the-ground" movement, all of which are taught with an inclusive approach that creates space for all. Our intention is to support your development, providing you with information, tools, voice and practical hands on coaching, environment and community. We are here to assist in developing better movers on the mats and powerful movers in the world.

Offering innovative jiu jitsu, judo, and wrestling programs tailored to the needs, goals and experience level of each student. With classes for both children and adults, beginners and seasoned competitors, we offer something for everyone.
Meet the Team
With 30+ years in the fitness industry, you name it, Robert and Kili Marti have done it - from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Olympic lifting and body building to cycling, kick boxing, Pilates, dance and yoga. This variety of experience and study has allowed them to create unique and integrated programs that are tailored to meet everyone where they are.

The inclusive coaching styles and strengths of Robert and Kili are geared toward setting each individual up for success. Their lifelong love of movement and community, along with their relentless dedication to self-development, has united and created a team that is now dedicated to making success yours.
In a fitness industry full of gimmicks and manufactured hype, Robert and Kili continue to create unique no-nonsense functional workouts.

​Movement Ecology is wonderful. As a Coast Guard family it often takes time to settle into new routines when we move. But after my first day at Movement Ecology, I knew we were had found something special.
Kili and Rob make you feel so comfortable and welcome in their classes. They encourage you, guide you, and always make you feel like you belong.
My kids take jiu jitsu and have grown not only in skill level but confidence since starting. They helped my timid daughter go from nervous tears at each class to competing in tournaments. My husband and I have even started jiu jitsu and are appreciative of the challenge the class brings but especially for the patience that Professor shows us as true beginners.
I have taken every class Movement Ecology offers and I couldn't dare pick a favorite because they are all just exceptional. Kili's classes are some of the best classes I have ever been in. She is so knowledgable in her craft, she is continuously learning, and shares that with us. Her yoga classes always leave me feeling renewed both physically and mentally.
Beyond the classes, the environment that is created by Rob and Kili in the studio is one of family. We're so glad to have Movement Ecology near by!
